At Fathom you'll start with a personalized onboarding process that gets you on the right path to achieve your specific fitness goals! You'll begin by meeting with one of our friendly, professional coaches to go through an assessment and develop a plan specific to your fitness goals. That personalized coaching continues with a 1-on-1 Foundations Course. You may want to continue individual coaching or you also have the choice to join our small-group coaching sessions with people just like you, who are training to feel and look their best.
Your dedicated fitness coach will track your progress during your onboarding and throughout your training at Fathom. This way you can always see your progress and your coach knows how best to challenge you along the way. Seeing your accomplishments makes it easy to stay motivated, and that means quick and long lasting results!
