AMRAP-20:

5 Pull-Ups

10 Push-Ups

15 Air Squats

*Every 3 mins (3-6-9-12-15-18) stop and perform 5 deadlifts (275/185 || 315/205)
Scaling:

Pull-Ups: jumping pull-ups

Push-Ups: jumping pull-ups

Air Squats: to a ball

Deadlift: weight

– Scoring: Cindy rounds and reps (do not count DL reps towards your score)
