The one-hour class will focus on everything from foundational strength (get that first pull-up or handstand push-up) to more advanced technique movements like ring muscle-ups and levers…even train splits to become more mobile and flexible. All athletes, from beginners to advanced, are encouraged to train with this class!
GYMNASTICS CLASS GOALS

- Improve movement efficiency to increase performance

- Have fun and learn cool “ninja stuff”
Each workout will have scaled levels of programming so that anyone can train and progress in the Gymnastics Class.
Beginner Athletes: will focus on the fundamentals such as increasing strength, body awareness in the positions, and the ability to activate muscle groups in the correct sequence. Example Goal: earning your first strict pull-up!
Intermediate Athletes: will focus on working towards proficiency by refining technique and developing competency across all movements and apparatuses, while still increasing strength to prepare for more advanced movements. Example Goal: 5-10 Handstand Push-Ups and Kipping CTB Pull-Ups
Advanced Athletes: will focus on efficiency by training to perfect technique with the goal of decreasing energy expenditure and increasing stamina, as well as developing higher skill movements such as butterfly pull-ups, kipping ring muscle-ups, and ring handstand push-ups. Example Goal: Kipping Ring Muscle-Ups, Handstand Walking, and Kipping Ring Dips
